What do I wear?
Wear comfortable and breathable workout clothes.

What kind of shoes should I wear in class?
Wear gym/tennis shoes or dance sneakers. Please be careful when wearing track shoes because they limit your ability to move side-to-side.

Is there an age requirement?
No age requirements.

Is there day care for small children?
Unfortunately, not at The Absolute Ballroom.

Can clients send testimonials and comments?
Yes, testimonials are welcome and so are comments! Feel free to send testimonials and comments to sb_zumba@yahoo.com.

Are you available for private/group Zumba sessions, special events/parties and company wellness programs?
Yes, send an email to sb_zumba@yahoo.com to discuss details.

Is there a membership fee?
Not at The Absolute Ballroom.

Is there parking?
Yes, free parking in small parking lot across from building, free street parking and it is OK to park in large front parking lot of the Animal Shelter across the street.

Is previous dance experience required?
No, the steps are easy to learn.

Is it ok to bring a guest?
Yes, please bring family and friends.

Are drinks allowed?
Yes, please bring lots of water and/or sports drinks. Also, bring a towel because you will sweat.
