I never liked to exercise, but you have changed all that for me. I don't even think of your Zumba class as exercise. I thoroughly enjoy it and look forward to it. I may not have any rhythm, but I'm still moving so it's all good. Please don't ever stop!

I've been taking Zumba classes since March and I can see, and feel, the differrence in my body. Sheerree is a great instructor and keeps the class fun and engaging. Before Zumba, I was a certified card-carrying couch potato, but now I get excited about going to class and really get annoyed if I'm late or have to miss class. Zumba is a serious workout, but it's fun and the perfect alternative to "traditional" exercise.

Thank you for introducing me to Zumba. Previously I hated working out, but since taking your class I just can't get enough. Your routines are nicely choreographed, easy to follow and by the end of the class, I feel the burn...Which is a good thing. I also like how periodically you introduce some new material & songs, it keeps things fresh. Since taking your class I have noticed that my clothes fit better and I am much more toned. Keep up the great work!! Zumba Rocks!!

Thank you so much for introducing me to Zumba. I have finally found an exercise program that excites me. Now instead of looking for excuses to get out of class, I'm disappointed when I have to miss a class. Since beginning classes this summer I have lost 18 pounds, toned my body, and increased my cardiovascular endurance, and I have a great time doing it. I love Zumba!
